We need to decide whether we need a "RDF 1.2 Test Cases document" similar to NOTE RDF 1.1 Test Cases document or whether some text in RDF Concepts is sufficient.

The other RDF 1.2 documents have a test suite link in their document details.

The current practice for RECs is not to publish a NOTE for the implementation reports -- most of the time they are hosted on github pages, so the proposal is inline with that.

I would suggest to also add a Respec header pointing to the implementation report:
https://respec.org/docs/#implementationReportURI
