This is how I generate a FreeBSD ISF:
dwarf2json linux --elf /usr/lib/debug/boot/kernel/kernel.debug --elf-symbols /boot/kernel/kernel > FreeBSD-14.0-RELEASE-p5-GENERIC-amd64.json
