Careful here. This target is named the same as the one at line 296 so it will overwrite the above one.
I'm not sure which one you are modifying, but this is the one that runs.

What this PR does / why we need it
Currently, the CLI build and E2E test cases are being executed only in Ubuntu and MacOS.
The goal of this PR is to build the CLI code and execute E2E test cases in a Windows environment. This is to ensure end user use cases and functionalities are tested on all supported operating systems.
