PetCage v1.0.1 - Initial Public Release

Overview

We are excited to announce the initial public release of PetCage, a World of Warcraft addon designed to simplify the management of your battle pet collection!

PetCage automatically cages duplicate battle pets in your Pet Journal, helping you keep your collection organized and free of unnecessary duplicates. When you acquire a new pet that already exists in your collection, PetCage will automatically place the duplicate in a cage. Additionally, any existing duplicates of that pet that are still at level 1 will also be caged. Pets that are above level 1 will never be caged, ensuring your higher-level pets remain available for use.

Key Features

  • Automatic Duplicate Caging: Automatically cages duplicate pets in your collection, keeping your Pet Journal tidy and organized.
  • Level 1 Pet Management: Only cages duplicate pets that are at level 1, preserving your higher-level pets for battles.
  • Localization Support: PetCage supports multiple languages, including English, French, German, Italian, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Russian, Spanish (Spain and Mexico), and Portuguese (Brazil).

Installation

To get started with PetCage:

  1. Download the latest version of the addon from the GitHub releases page.
  2. Extract the contents of the zip file into your World of Warcraft AddOns folder.
  3. Launch World of Warcraft and ensure the PetCage addon is enabled in the AddOns menu.
