docs: rename showcase GIF to bust GitHub camo image cache#261

The README render/copy updated to the new aurora showcase, but GitHub's camo image proxy kept serving the OLD racing GIF at the unchanged path docs/media/showcase.gif. Rename to docs/media/showcase-aurora.gif so the image URL changes and camo fetches the current v3 GIF.
