…e usage of buf is much cleaner and allows us to use a single remote proto definition from https://github.com/verbio-technologies/public-grpc-protos.git. Additionally, the python imports have been replaced, old proto files and generate_grpc_code script have been deleted and the README has been updated.

Replace protobuf compilation from protoc usage to
