Add support to custom volumes in ArgoCD repoServer via
clusterGroup.argoCD.volumeslist.This is useful to inject secrets and configMaps into initContainers and sidecarContainers (CMP)
Add support to custom volumeMounts in Config Management Plugins sidecarContainers of ArgoCD repoServer.
In combination with
clusterGroup.argoCD.volumesallows to mount secrets and configMaps into the CMP sidecarContainers. A use case is to inject the key to decrypt SOPS encrypted value files
