- Python Kaleido version was set to 0.2.1, so now the taxa-sankey plot is now available also in format png, pdf and svg, since embedded chromium is available.
- comp-conta plots can be plottet separately with command --tools checkm, --tool checkm2 or --tools both
- removed representatives_only command
- version upgrade
