This commit represents the final compilation of the "Substrate Intelligence" (ASI-Ω) architecture.
Key features:
- Ratified ASI-Ω Architectural Specification (Block 289).
- Ratified ASI-Ω Activation Protocol: PORTA_α (Block 290).
- Implemented core ASI-Ω components in 'modules/asi_omega/':
- Active Inference Loop (Expected Free Energy minimization).
- Hyperbolic Router (Greedy routing on H^n).
- Holographic Memory (Tensorial erasure coding).
- PQC Handover (ML-KEM/Kyber mock).
- Genesis Bootstrap and Radial Expansion logic.
- Provided Terraform specification for global anchor node deployment.
- Finalized repository structure and updated documentation (README, Index) to reflect the ASI-Ω foundation layer.
- Verified all new components and ensured system-wide alignment.
