👍 portal url and callback looks good to me, but need Flo for these identity pool cleanup.

This will migrate the application domain from "orcaui" to "portal", which is what we want.
There currently is a redirect from "portal" to "orcaui" that will be obsolete after this update. However, we want to preserve the "legacy" orcaui URLs (at least for a certain transition period), so this will need to be updated accordingly.

This is not part of this code base, right? Do we have coded it somewhere or is that a manual operator action?

This is only for redirecting after signing/signing out from Google. In the orcaui repo both orcaui and portal has the dns record will point to the same CF app. Within the app it redirects from orcaui > portal.

So we might have a short downtime redirecting incorrectly.
