Save Playback State to Server#3
Conversation
Implements the functionality to save the currently playing file and its position to a JSON file on the server every 15 seconds. When the page is reloaded, the last saved file and position are restored in a paused state. This replaces the previous implementation that used localStorage.

This feature implements the functionality where the application saves the file playing and the position the file was at in a json file every 15 seconds played, and when the page restarts or when someone opens the page in any browser, the exact file and position should be opened in a paused state.
