Add jota, tku, envstash, and litehtml-rs

Hi there; I thought I contribute some packages!

• Added jota: Monero-inspired desktop wallet for IOTA Rebased (CLI, REPL, native GUI)
• Added tku: CLI tool for tracking token usage and costs across AI coding assistants
• Added envstash: Save, version, and manage .env files across git branches
• Added litehtml-rs: Rust bindings for litehtml HTML/CSS rendering engine
