These parameters tell how the frames should be converted. The conversion is NOT done by libuca. This could be done by this python function:
def convert_image(image, mirror: bool, rotate: int):
if mirror:
image = np.fliplr(image)
if rotate:
image = np.rot90(image, k=rotate)
return image
