Data management and Globus pages reorganization

Intent

The aim of this PR is to reorganize data management and Globus pages.

Proposed Changes

Many updates throughout the data management and Globus tutorial pages. Below are the major updates:

- Update contents and screenshot examples with the Globus collection name "UAB RCS Cheaha HPC.
- Moved storage contents together under one subdirectory  "storage"
- Moved Globus content together under one subdirectory "globus"
- Added a new index page for Globus page.
- Move the  Globus Connect personal (GCP) content to its own separate page.

Changes to Section Headers

- Globus Tutorials for Individual Researchers -> Globus for Individual Researchers
- Globus Tutorials for UAB Research Organizations -->Globus for UAB Research Organizations

Changes to Page URLs

- cheaha_gpfs_storage.md -> storage/cheaha_storage_gpfs/index.md
- lts/lts.md -> storage/lts/index.md

Well done!

If you aren't already, look for a VSCode extension "Path Intellisense", it helps with managing links between files giving you autocompletion for relative paths. It's not perfect, but it's helpful.

There are a few spots where we can collapse relative links, and the data management index page needs a table of contents or something similar.

Those things and this PR is good to merge.

Looks good, I think we can merge all of the Globus content together under one subdirectory "globus", removing the "tutorials" subdirectory.

There are some things that need to be changed.

• We can't delete old redirects, we have to keep them and add new ones. All the old versions need to point to the newest, correct location.
• The rest are relatively minor changes.
