Enable lunr:

# config.toml
[params.search]
  enable = true
  type = "lunr"
  contentLength = 4000
  snippetLength = 200

Enable index.json generation by adding "JSON" entry to outputs.home:
```
# config.toml
[outputs]
  home = ["HTML","RSS", "JSON"]
```
