@gar-onn the folder _posts/theme are for introduction docs of your theme, not the css file.

You could refer to other MRs, like https://github.com/typora/typora-theme-gallery/pull/20/files
or detailed document here -> http://theme.typora.io/doc/Submit-A-Theme/
