Support for Windows console script

This release primarily brings experimental support for the interactive console script itl to windows. Other notable changes:

• Elimination of the twinleaf.data/scripts directory in favor of the examples directory and the proper use of console scripts.
• Added licensing (MIT and Apache)
• Added an announcement of the device name after successful connection (and metadata parsing)
