The IETDA was engineered to replace complex federal privacy laws (like COPPA) with a direct, "Zero-Harvesting" architecture. Instead of managing data, we refuse to collect it.
| Data Type | Status | Strategy |
|---|---|---|
| IP Addresses | 🚫 REJECTED | No logging on server-side |
| Real Names | 🚫 REJECTED | No registration required |
| Cookies | 🚫 REJECTED | No tracking pixels allowed |
| User Messages | 🚫 PURGED | Local-only processing |
Standard laws require invasive age-verification gates. The IETDA solves this with a single line of logic that protects the developer from litigation.
"A user under, over, or in the middle of age 13 is NOT granted any rights to have their data collected, because there is no data being collected in the first place."
This turns the software into a Universal Safety Zone. Since the software is blind to age, it is compliant with child protection standards by default.
Under the IETDA framework, users may submit a Verification Request to confirm their data status.
| Step | Action | Protocol |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Request | Email timmytheonlinegirl@hotmail.com |
| 2 | Audit | We check our "Zero-Log" system |
| 3 | Result | Confirmation that non-existent data cannot be disclosed |
In the event of a system failure or technical error where data is unintentionally cached:
- Discovery: Immediate identification of the leak.
- Purge: Instant deletion of all cached identifiers.
- Disclosure: Notification posted in the Discussions tab.
The IETDA officially categorizes unauthorized data harvesting as Criminal Stalking.
- Harvesting = Hacking.
- Indexing = Intrusion. By using these terms, we set a moral boundary that business-centric privacy policies are too afraid to touch.
