Valkey

This appliance provides a Valkey (Redis-compatible) in-memory data store with a browser UI (Redis Commander) behind Nginx/HTTPS. It mirrors the TurnKey Redis appliance. The change is motivated by Redis’s 2024 license shift from BSD-3-Clause to RSAL/SSPL, with AGPL added in Redis 8, which complicates redistribution. Valkey, under the Linux Foundation, remains BSD-3-Clause so the image stays fully open. The only build difference is installing valkey-server from Debian bookworm-backports; everything else follows the Redis pattern.
