currently, on linux, on kwin (both x11 and wayland sessions), when resizing window, for single frame it's content is displayed in wrong size with black stripes on right and/or bottom edge of the window
this PR tries to fix this
(on Hyperland changes nothing)
(untested on gnome and other DE)
