There should be more flexibility in the means of determining win conditions than rule 112 allows. I propose that we make 112 mutable to open discussion on this matter.

Tired of having to think about what my new score should be, so simplifying it by subtracting 300 instead of 291. (Per rules, please consider this proposal as occurring monday; we won't be able to vote until then anyway.)
