Release-hygiene follow-up to the v0.8 release (#34 — form primitives, `clear`, `outline`, the `@humanjs/playwright/test` fixture).
Updates the hard-coded version references on the landing so they match what's now published on npm:
Durable phrasing kept (`latest vX.Y`, one version anchor per surface). README `toPlaywright` references already describe it as shipped — no README changes needed. No changeset: `apps/web` is private.
Verified: the release-hygiene grep now returns only the current values, and `@humanjs/web` lint + typecheck pass.
