CobbleDollars Villagers Overhaul [RCA] is a standalone NeoForge mod that replaces the vanilla villager trade GUI with a CobbleDollars-style shop, adds buy/sell tabs and balance display, and allows villagers to take CobbleDollars instead of emeralds (with Cobblemon + CobbleDollars installed).
