Default Form Validation for Tickets

By default, 4 Forms are added to 'Ticket Validations' page:
- Simplified interface Creation: to be checked and modified as it proposes 'Description' to be mandatory only when ticket is of Type 'Request'.
- Followup Validations: forces 'Description' field to be mandatory at followup creation
- Central Interface Edit: forces some fields to be mandatory: check the field list in the interface
- Central Interface Creation: forces some fields to be mandatory: check the field list in the interface
Of course all of these are examples, and you may delete them or simply un-activate them.
