actions/checkout@v4 and astral-sh/setup-uv@v5 run on the deprecated Node 20 runtime (forced off June 16 2026). Bump both the template-repo CI and the generated project's build.yml to the Node 24 majors. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
