👋 Hi, I’m @tom-naccarato

🌟 Advanced Computer Science Master's graduate with a background in Biomedical Science. Passionate about software engineering and data science, with a focus on Python, Java, and scalable application design. Currently working as a software engineer for Knight Group - a strip metal and wire supplier and manufacturer, delivering automations to business processes.

Highlights:

  • Built Vis-PheWAS, a web tool for visualising allele-disease associations using self organising maps.

  • Developed FakePal, a secure online payment system, Puzzle Realms, a platform for solving exact cover puzzles such as N-Queens and Kanoodle using dancing links and Bingle, a scalable book-lending social network.

  • Conducted bioinformatics analyses in R, identifying drug targets for glioma therapy.
