Update tinybird build local workspace output#144

Change 'Local workspace' label to 'Tinybird Local branch'.
Update local dashboard URL from cloud.tinybird.co/local/{port}
to cloud.tinybird.co/{provider}/{region}/{ws}~local~{branch}.
