@sulkaharo Thank you so much for the contribution. I'm sorry that this went ignored for so long, we all missed it in our inboxes and just happened upon it! I haven't actually read it yet, so I'm going to do that now, I just wanted to say thank you and apologize first.

Ok, now that I've read it. So, the thing is, for the medtronic pump there is also just a plain old Square bolus type that I believe is used when you tell it to do a square bolus without an initial normal. That is, there is already a type of basal that can be used to represent just a square without a normal, but for some reason we still see Dual/Square in the data without corresponding Dual/Normal events.

As it stands, when we process a Dual/Square without a Dual/Normal it essentially looks the exact same as a Square, but it would be nice if these things were consistent on the Carelink side.

@sulkaharo does that answer your concern? Do you think that some different wording would be better?
