Release 2.0.0

This release has some major overhauls. If you need the older versions, you have to dig trough the commits sorry.

Changes

Moved from using hybrid commands to app_commands.
Removed commands: ping, avatar, banner, serveravatar, serverbanner, botinfo, whois, serverinfo.
Removed colors from console logger.
Save logs to file.
Don't use embeds for error messages.
Added button link for ColorHexa to color command.
Replaced fox command with lynx.
Changed some command names.
Removed colors from embeds.
Improved error handling and code readability.
Use custom user-agent for APIs.
