Add option to show the community and author post metadata above the title

Pull Request Description

• Add post appearance toggle to show community and author information at the top of a post (applies to both card/compact views)
• Tweak card layout when above is toggled on
• Update compact/card preview in settings page
• Commit result of flutter gen-l10n from changes here and the last PR (also the string should be sorted properly this time)
