Add option to show compact link posts when in card view

Pull Request Description

• Add card view setting to allow user to view link posts in compact mode. This follows the existing functionality to render pinned posts in compact mode
• Add user preference toggles for existing pinned post (defaults to true) and new link post (defaults to false) behaviours
• Add pinned post to post appearance preview examples

Hey there, thanks for contributing! I've checked it over and it looks like everything's good. The only thing (and it's really minor) is that the new localized string was not placed in alphabetical order.

I'll fix that and merge this in. Thanks again for contributing!
