Fixes the silent runtime crash when <ascii-font> is used in a Vite app by tagging every JSX intrinsic with a runtime capability, filtering browser JSX to terminal-only names as compile errors, shipping a pure-JS browser implementation of <ascii-font>, and locking the constructor invariant behind an AST lint rule. Four-phase breakdown lives in tasks/003-browser-compat-contract.md; tasks/003-audit-final.csv captures the post-merge audit state (215 files scanned, 0 violations monorepo-wide).
