🛡️ Sentinel: [Security Enhancement] Enforce execution boundaries to prevent DoS

• 💡 Vulnerability: Unbounded shell execution and network requests allowed malicious inputs or hanging processes to exhaust system resources (memory, connections) and cause Denial of Service.
• 🎯 Impact: If exploited, the application would hang or crash, preventing any subsequent tools from executing or the agent loop from returning.
• 🔧 Fix: Implemented a strict 30-second timeout and 10MB maximum buffer for execAsync within ShellTool.run. Additionally applied a 30-second timeout to the Axios client configuration for external API connection handling. Added security code comments denoting these enforcement boundaries.
• ✅ Verification: Ran npm run build to update artifact distributions, executed test suite (npm run test) verifying that the SDK execution logic successfully passes. Documented the critical learning in .jules/sentinel.md.
