🚨 Severity: CRITICAL
πŸ’‘ Vulnerability: Shell command execution and external network requests lacked explicit timeout boundaries and buffer limits, allowing potentially hanging commands or massive outputs to cause Denial of Service (DoS) through resource exhaustion.
🎯 Impact: Malicious or runaway agent actions could exhaust system memory or block execution threads indefinitely.
πŸ”§ Fix: Added strict boundary limits by explicitly passing timeout: 30000 and maxBuffer: 2 * 1024 * 1024 options for process execution, and a 30s timeout for network requests.
βœ… Verification: Verified by compiling via npm run build and running npm run test, ensuring no regressions. Tests passed and test artifact was removed.

- Add 30s timeout and 2MB max buffer limit to `execAsync` in `ShellTool`.
- Add 30s timeout to Axios client in `AgentConnector`.
- Append critical learning to `.jules/sentinel.md` documenting DoS risks.
