🚨 Severity: MEDIUM
💡 Vulnerability: The ShellTool and AgentConnector lacked execution and network timeouts. Long-running shell commands or non-responsive LLM API endpoints could cause unbounded execution or hang indefinitely, leading to memory and system resource exhaustion (DoS) during agentic loops.

🔧 Fix: Applied a 30-second timeout and 10MB max buffer to execAsync in ShellTool. Added a 30-second timeout to the axios client in AgentConnector.
✅ Verification: Ran npm run test to verify changes do not break existing functionality. Checked ShellTool to confirm the fix was applied to execAsync. Checked AgentConnector to confirm the fix was applied to axios.create. Checked .jules/sentinel.md to confirm the critical learning was recorded properly.
