I've converted most print statements to use the new logging system and added a few TODO statements for some unrelated issues i discovered along the way. tool.c, io.c, and hddsuperclone.c are not yet ported to the new logging system due to the large size of the files but all other c files are converted. I did not bother porting clone_gui2.c and hddscviewer2.c as I consider those to be deprecated and removable from future builds.
