To cover ammo from a variety of mods beyond BaS.

Expands the ammo from mods that is covered. Filename lengthened to make sure it loads after other changes.

Configs and English text files spring cleaned a bit. Made liberal use of inheritance for similar items. Icons moved into a file of their own, sharpened up a little bit, reorganized.
This one: https://github.com/ahuyn/anomaly-food-poisoning Tweaks food to the standards of Food Poisoning. Chewing gum won't sate hunger nor thirst, but it will help with alcohol and sleep.
Some items are duplicated with Western Goods. This merely disables them in favor of WG's.
Update to last version with missing guns and renamed IDs.

Some cleaning and expansion of a few modules. I had them made for my own patch packs, but they're probably better here.
