Removes [@metamask/sdk-communication-layer](https://github.com/MetaMask/metamask-sdk/tree/HEAD/packages/sdk-communication-layer). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [wagmi](https://github.com/wevm/wagmi/tree/HEAD/packages/react). These dependencies need to be updated together.
