To get started with the installation go to the spigot page and start downloading the project by clicking the Download Now button.
Once downloaded Put the Plugin jar file into you're server plugins folder, Reload the server and you should see it start's perfectly fine.
To use this plugin either use /minecraftranks or /rank.
Also please fix essentials chat message format or remove essentials because the chat messages would be looking bad, I will try to fix the issue of the message chat fix.
