Note that the info() method is broken. One known issue is that an address 10.10.0.0/255.255.255.0 is not flagged as private address when it should be.

Added functionality to calculate an IPv6 Link/Local address with a specified MAC address.
Also added functionality to produce an IPv6 SLAAC address for the an IPv6 IP instance which produces the SLAAC address from the current IPv6 network address and the specified MAC address.
