NF: trx --debug to help with environment mismatch

Small PR to fix #104

This PR Introduced a --debug flag to the trx CLI, which prints detailed diagnostics about the Python interpreter, installed package location, and dependency status, then exits.

it should help user (and us) to troubleshoot and avoid the issue encountered in #86

I like the --debug flag, but the documentation of pyenv issues seems like overkill to me, because it's really not specific to trx, but pertains much more to pyenv itself.
