Bump @langchain/anthropic, @langchain/google-genai, @langchain/langgraph, @langchain/openai, and langchain to latest versions for improved features and compatibility. Also update esbuild and related platform binaries to 0.27.0, and tsx to 4.21.0. This ensures the project uses the latest supported versions and resolves potential dependency issues.
