This PR ports #1679's lovely colorful glasses!
Why / Balance
We can always use more cute and colorful eyewear!
Technical details
Removed some fancy Imp parenting and added the VisionCorrection component. These glasses do apparently let you see clearly when you wear them on your head, because they and I couldn't figure out how to easily fix that.
