Adds my own made station, Canis Station to the game and map selection pool.
Why / Balance
I wanted to make a station and I wanted it to be cool, so I made a station and I made it cool.
In all seriousness I wanted to contribute to the starcup community and making a map felt like a big way of doing it.
Technical details
Truthfully, I don't know what to put here. This is my first map, it's big for ones on starcup which this is intended for. It's cool. I think.
