  • add slow otf constants so robot doesnt tip
  • add Net as a desired location
  • TODO: add net and processor otf poses

@jkleiber @aidnem this is ready to be tested once i can add desired pose for net and processor if we want to test this ever

@aidnem could you resolve merge conflits here? i dont want to mess up the code added to drive in main. this just needs a net pose i think
