  • add setOutput methods to each io class and scoring subsystem class
  • add feature flag (output score) to control motor enable
  • log each IO output state (true / false)

@jkleiber i think this might be based off of another branch. But those changes should work too it just dealt with demo mode stuff (which should be needed for thursday anyways). But we should test it
