Return change in -2LL in umxRun #262

Modified `umxRun` to calculate and report the change in -2 Log Likelihood (-2LL) when re-running models. The change is stored in `model@output$changeLL` and printed if `summary` is TRUE. - Captured `start2LL` from model output before running. - Calculated difference after running. - Added message to display change. - Removed TODO comment.

Implemented calculation and reporting of change in -2LL in
umxRun. Checks if the model has been run previously, captures the start -2LL, runs the model, and then calculates the difference.
