headroom-ai 0.25.0 ships an abi3 (stable-ABI) wheel built for py310, so a single wheel now covers Python 3.10+ including 3.14 — the README's "3.14 has no wheel, falls back to Rust source build" guidance is stale. Reframe the requirements, install steps, and troubleshooting around the new floor (interpreter older than 3.10, or a wheel-less platform). Add an HF_TOKEN (optional) section explaining the HuggingFace Hub token: what it's for (model download auth / anonymous per-IP rate limits on a cold-starting worker pool), when a self-hoster wants one, and how to get and wire one in.
