Summary

add a CI workflow that runs detector tests and staticcheck on Linux and macOS
add a darwin-only job that runs full repository tests and lint where the Apple-specific packages can compile
keep main protected with checks even before the Darwin CLI build-tag PR lands

Testing

go test ./detector/...
staticcheck ./detector/...
