Installs the AI review GitHub Actions workflow at
.github/workflows/ai-review.yml.It calls the reusable
tago-io/actions/.github/workflows/pr-review.yml; model andeffort resolve from org variables, so there is nothing to configure per repo. The
/reviewcomment trigger only runs the workflow version on the default branch, soit goes live after this PR merges to
main; it cannot be exercised from this PR.Test plan
